Capabilities
PCS, Inc. provides services for all phases of residential
renovations and additions of any size. Custom bathrooms and kitchens, add-on's,
interior reconfigurations/remodels, attic build-outs, historic refurbishments,
and whole-house repairs/remodels within the Metairie and New Orleans areas. Upon
request, we also build custom homes on owners lots.
- Construction Management:
- With 25 years construction/management experience, PCS, Inc. can offer
its management services to architects, homeowners, or property owners to
oversee multiple sub-contractors and vendors of their choosing. With two
experienced Project Managers and a office staff, PCS can manage just about
any size project.
- Design/Remodel:
- Today's remodeling market is practically demanding contractors to offer
their customers in-house CAD design. PCS, Inc. offers the latest in CAD drawings using "Auto CAD" and "Eagle Point"
software. From a single bathroom gut and remodel to a whole-house renovation
or re-build, we offer the most experienced team for all your remodeling
needs in Jefferson and Orleans parishes. We encourage our clients to use our
new
"PCS Floorplanner" to put their own ideas to work. Most
homeowners know what they want and provide more input than they realize to
achieve a successful design.
- Construction:
- Although we are a Remodeling Contractor, Pontchartrain Contracting acquired it's
Jefferson Parish Homebuilders license in 1999. Pontchartrain Construction
holds a State Residential Builders License enabling us to build custom homes
and additions exceeding $75,000 in value. We can work off of our customers plans,
provide our own CAD drawings, or use one of our
affiliated Architects to build-to-suit on customer owned property. From
small sun room or office additions to large two story kitchen and master
suite additions, we have supplied our clients with the finest workmanship
available to the Metairie and New Orleans areas since 2001. Call our office
