Build-outs:: We are equipped to perform interior build-outs at a very competitive cost. Complete gut-out and build-out on a timely schedule (turn key).
Property Maintenance/Management:: Understanding the demands of property owners to meet their tenants maintenance service requests is one of our strong points. Harold Moreland (President/owner of PCS, Inc.) has 10 years of hands-on commercial maintenance experience along with 7 additional years of Operations Management.
