PCS, Inc. now has our own in-house roofing division. Due to Hurricane Katrina, our roofing subcontractors became so backed up that they couldn't handle our customers (not in a timely matter that is), plus they are taking more jobs than they can handle, so the quality is not what we want for our customers. Therefore, we acquired our own in-house roofers. Currently we are keeping them busy on all our previous and existing "Preferred Customers", but we have already performed numerous other roofing projects from referrals. All of our re-roofs will be backed up by our standard one year workmanship warranty as well as the 25 or 30 year manufacturers warranty. We are NOT installing slate or asbestos, but we will remove them. We do charge an additional fee to haul-off asbestos. We are installing "CertainTeed" and "GAF" shingles, mainly "Architectural Series" (you can click on either link above to visit these manufacturer web sites). NOTE: The CertainTeed website has informative downloadable "pdf" brochures that can assist you in your serch for a new roof.
